Great news for all you folks out there with questions about biological pest control and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) — we have something new to offer. We’ve gotten chatty, so to speak, and are doing so freely.
With great pride and anticipation of its usefulness to our visitors, we offer you the GreenMethods Live real-time technical support feature. Ask a question, get an answer. Quickly, too, assuming a staff member attendant is present. If there’s no staff member around, leave your question and check back later. Simple.
It works like this: First you must Register as a GreenMethods Live member. Then you have to Login to use the service. Once that’s done, you’re all set. You will write your question in the form provided and submit it. It’ll show up on the page in the matter of seconds, without having to reload the page. Then all you do is kick back and wait for a reply. You will see if the booth is manned, so to speak, as it’ll tell you right on the page. It’s also noted on our Home Page and on our Accessibility Page.
We hope you enjoy the feature. We’ll try to be available often. But it’s not only about us. We strongly encourage member participation. If you see a question that you feel qualified to answer, by all means do so — just remember to address the member whose question you’re responding to. Try to be smart about your questions as this’ll better ensure smart answers. Large, open-ended questions and full consultation sessions, are best saved for the telephone — 603.942.8925 — but if it’s straight-forward and direct, this new feature should serve you very well.
