The holidays are upon us. We’re a small outfit and we shut down for a week. Even though we communicate this in our catalog and on this site, we do like to remind you of this fact. We know it’s a bit of an inconvenience for some of our customers, and we’re really sorry about that, but we know many are like us and just need to shut down for a few days at least. In our case, shipping of bugs would be impossible anyway, so there’s little incentive to be open.
As it says in our posted schedule, we will be closed the week of Christmas, from December 22nd through the first of the year. We will re-open on January 2nd, 2008. During this time you can call 603-942-8925 and leave a short message and it’ll be returned when we return. Or you can email us using our form. You’ll get a faster response, but billing questions or anything requiring information about your account should probably wait until we return.
Shipping of biocontrols will resume for first full week of January. Excepting durable and educational goods (there’s still time to get your significant grower a book), most bug orders placed now will ship then. Durable goods will ship any day we’re open. If you want to order during our closure, it’ll be best to fax it to 603-942-8932 using our fax order form, or just order online. You can also email us if you have an account, but don’t include your credit card info.
In hindsight we should have posted this a week ago, and we’re sorry about that. We’ve been so busy, but we do have some good news. During the holiday break we will updating the prices on this site. Or maybe we should say downdating them since they will be dropping. Significantly in some cases. Books will stay the same. Look for some great deals in bugs and IPM good, though.
We’ll keep you posted about this and a couple of things we’ll be announcing fairly soon.
