2009 Catalog Work has Begun

Now and then, every once in a while, by some means or conveyance, we ask to learn from you how we’re doing? Your take on it. If you feel like you get good treatment from us and if we meet your needs. In one way, we can answer this for ourselves, simply by hearing what you have to say on the phone, your positivity, and how you respond favorably when the email you sent us is answered a lot faster than you expected. And by your repeat business. Today, we’re asking here, on our Bug Blog, and you can respond, here as well.
