As we recently mentioned, we have a new Encarsia formosa strain available. Specifically what’s known as the “Nile Delta” strain. To remind you, its claim to fame is its ability to parasitize a handful of whitefly species, where as our regular E. formosa is only useful against the so-called greenhouse whitefly, Trialeurodes vaporariorum, only. In light of this new offering, we’ve decided to kick it off with a sale.
This sale is effective until the ordering deadline on February 26th, 2010, and will apply to orders placed by phone, fax, or made online. Please note, though, that the special pricing is good only for orders shipped no later than March 5th, 2010 (unless there is a delay on our end). Our Nile Delta E. formosa are available online right now in our online shop on convenient hanging cards.

[…] We apologize for any inconvenience our little disaster has caused. We will make it right, just give us a little time to get back on our feet and rejoin the modern world. If you have any questions or concerns the best way for you to reach out to us is by phone for the time being (emails will not be returned for a while since we lack proper access). Hopefully things are back to normal this week and not later. Our current sale, by the way, has been extended for one week. Enjoy that! […]
