We Have Bat Houses Again!

Back in Bat! For years we carried a low priced white cedar bat house, but the economy got the better of our small manufacturer and he had to close his doors. We searched for a long time for a replacement but never did find one of an equal or greater value. Generally speaking, bat houses, we learned, are quite expensive (one site we looked at had a comparable design for over $300). But that’s all changed as we now have someone capable of resurrecting this timeless product at a price that will encourage buying rather than turning folks away. Moreover, this is an improved design so it’s even better than what we offered previously.

Fall Fallacis Sale

To Do: Order Fallacis... Not only is the need for spider mite control hot in the west (due to the heat), back east it’s just as hot because the weather is cooling down. Fall is an awesome time to put out Neoseiulus fallacis to help clean things up so folks like strawberry growers, winter-closed greenhouse growers, and several others, can start off cleaner in the spring.

Next Year… Want Anything Special?

We wouldn’t be here without you so your are important and we do listen.

We’re just starting to gear up for next year — our catalog production and all that stuff — and we are taking this moment to reach out and find out if anyone wants us to carry something new: a biocontrol agent, a product, or a even a book. Obviously we can add products to our site at any time, but we only produce one catalog per year (we don’t want to be wasteful of our resources) so if we are going to add something new in print, if you want us to, we’d like to hear about it now so we may consider it.

End-of-Season Milky Spore Sale

Anytime the ground isn’t frozen. That’s when you can apply milky spore powder, and the end of the summer, now that the turf is littered with little Japanese beetle grubs (which will be adults next year), is a great time to put it down. So, we’re having a sale on this product.
