The holidays are here and during this time of year life is never normal. These two facts encourage an information update. What we’re doing over the holidays, what and when we’re shipping, modified ordering deadlines, all the relevant details and info you may want or need to know.
- Holiday Closure
- We will be closed the week of December 27th through and including the 31st. By closed we mean our phones will go unanswered, we won’t be shipping [see next], and our staff will be generally unavailable. We won’t be missing entirely, though, as there’s work to do that week, but for all practical purposes consider us absent.
- Shipping
- Being distributed during the week of our closure will be ladybugs and bumblebees only. All other products and goods will have to wait until the first week in January when we get back. The will be no additional delays.
- Ordering
- Online we can of course take orders anytime. Same goes for faxed orders sent to 603.942.8932. Phone orders can be left on our answering machine. In any case, while we may be absent you can still get your order in and not miss a lick. Orders received the week of our closure will be shipped the first week of January. Do, however, order no later than noon (eastern time), Wednesday the 29th.
- Pricing
- As previously mentioned in another blog entry our prices will generally increase for 2011. This applies to all orders shipped in 2011, with exception to orders entered into our system before we change the pricing shown on this site. Once prices are changed on the site and past orders fulfilled, our prices will reflect the 2011 changes noted. Get your orders in online right after Christmas and you will save some money.

Update: Due to special happenings on Christmas eve, we will be shutting down early this Friday the 24th. The time is not specified at this moment, but we should be shutting down sometime between noon and 1:00 pm eastern time, give or take. Thank you for your understanding.
