Powered by the IOBC-WPRS Side-Effect Database — enriched with IRAC Mode of Action and FRAC classification data — it covers 28 beneficial organisms and hundreds of active ingredients.
To use it:- Start by typing or selecting a beneficial organism in Step 1 (you can search by scientific name or common/brand name).
- Once selected, Step 2 lets you narrow results to a specific active ingredient, or leave it blank to see all recorded interactions for that organism.
- Click Search to view a table of results showing the organism (scientific name), common name, active ingredient, toxicity rating, dose, organism group, and full IRAC/FRAC classification data (IRAC Main Group & Site of Action, IRAC Sub-Group, FRAC MOA, FRAC Target Site, and FRAC Group Code). Toxicity is rated on the standard IOBC scale: 1 [Harmless, <30% effect], 2 [Slightly harmful, 30–79%], 3 [Moderately harmful, 80–99%], and 4 [Harmful, >99%]
